About the Festival
The Hugglets Winter BearFest 2023 was a blast. Despite all obstacles (the tube was closed again, the weather freezing cold), the halls were packed, and the first stands sold out at noon. Hugglets is back. Step by step, we are on the way to a fair as it was pre-Covid. Here are a short video and plenty of pictures about this fabulous Sunday:
